This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which Dudley’s supplies any of the products listed on our site to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. By accessing our site and placing an order you agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use policy.

If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact delivery@dudleys.org  before you place an order. If you do not accept these terms and conditions please exit our site.

www.dudleys.org is operated by and for Harvest Artisan Bakery Limited, trading as Dudleys (“Dudley’s”). Harvest Artisan Bakery Limited is registered in England and Wales with our registered office at 123-125 Kingsland High Street, London E8 2PB. When you place an order through this website, the resulting legal contract is between you and Dudley’s and is subject to these terms and conditions.

Each of our bakeries offering the delivery service has a prescribed delivery area. This is to ensure that our Products reach your door when they are at their best. If you live outside our delivery areas, a message will appear on the screen notifying you that ordering online will not be possible. Customers wanting to collect and order will be directed to a bakery offering that service when processing their order.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
  • you are at least 18 years old.

  • After placing an online order, you will be presented with a screen thanking you for your order and confirming your order has been received and accepted by Dudley’s.
  • You should also receive a confirmation email. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order, as all correspondence regarding your order is sent to this address.
  • We commit to deliver your food to your door by the time you specify.
  • Unfortunately, things do not always go to plan and factors, such as weather and traffic conditions, may occasionally delay your delivery. Please contact us if your delivery is late as it is important for us to know and to be able to improve our service.
  • If you have entered incorrect personal details on the website, this may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included your correct address (including postcode), email address and contact telephone number when ordering.
  • For the safety of the independent couriers we use, a courier will only deliver to the main door/reception when delivering to apartment blocks, flats or hotels. If the building we are delivering to is complicated and entry may be delayed please note this with your order.
  • Minimum spend may apply and will be labeled clearly on the website.
  • Dudley’s will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or any delivery delays with your order caused by events outside our reasonable control (a force majeure).

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We use some nuts in our food. If you have a nut allergy, please check the descriptions of the food items on the menu page, but please be aware that all items may contain traces of nuts. You may call our team to ask for guidance before you order. If you have a serious nut allergy, we do not recommend that you consume any of our menu items.
  • Our kitchens are busy working environments and there is a risk of cross-contamination between dishes. If you have a serious allergy we kindly ask that you do not order online. In this scenario, please phone our hotline and inform us of your allergies directly and we will help you make an informed decision.
  • Although we try hard to be consistent we use fresh produce that inevitably varies from batch to batch. It is one of the aspects of what we do that we take pleasure in. As a result, some portion sizes and tastes may vary.

  • An order may be canceled up to the ordering deadline, which is 12 pm the day before delivery in most cases.
  • You will not be charged for canceled orders made in accordance with these cancellation provisions. Outside of these times, you will be liable for the full amount of your order.

  • The price of any products will be as quoted on our site and may vary from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
  • Prices include VAT, where applicable.
  • Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with the confirmation screen.
  • Despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately after you have placed your order, and may need to change the price you were initially quoted. In this event, you will be given the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  • Orders are placed online (including from mobiles). If you are having trouble placing your order please contact us and we will try to help.
  • Payment for all products can be by credit or debit card at the point of ordering. We accept payment via Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided by you for the purpose of ordering products from us are correct and that you have the necessary credit limits and/or authority to use the credit or debit card.
  • Dudley’s has the right to refuse any payment, even after the card details have been accepted by our online system. In this event, you will receive a full refund.

  • It is of utmost importance to us that all Dudley’s staff comply with our brand standards and help us to maintain our high reputation. If you do have any questions, comments, complaints or praise regarding products shown or ordered on our site we would very much like to hear from you and you should direct all communication to us at delivery@gailsbread.co.uk.

  • Should you be eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed in our systems within three working days. Depending on your bank, the refund should take 5-7 working days to reach your account.
  • Should your refund be due to an issue with a product that you have received from Dudley’s, you may be required to return the goods to us in the same condition as they arrived in order to obtain your refund. For quality control purposes, the food may be collected by a Dudley’s representative so that we can examine the nature of the complaint and address it appropriately.
